Unfathomable telephone hold time! It's such a lengthy duration to book an appointment via the phone. This is unacceptable. I'll source an alternative Dx provider.
Website is decade old not updated dates times or hours of operation. The receptionist who calls to book appointments doesn’t answer your questions and you have to keep asking if you need to fast or any prep for appointment and they just hang up on you. I asked 3 times no response still no idea. Last time I had to reschedule as I was turned away because I wasnt made aware of prep instructions so I made sure this time to ask multiple times. Why does your website say your open on Saturdays drive all the way there and your sign on your door says closed on Saturdays really update your website!!!!
