I was booked for a steroid injection under fluoroscopy a month ago and today the machine is down. I was here a month ago, for X-rays of my knee and the X-ray machine was down, we had to wait over an hour. I don’t know what is going on with the healthcare system! I did get another appointment at another location in the afternoon. I am not blaming Castledowns, I am blaming the government!

I am blind. I travelled to and from the clinic alone, and I was treated very well by the receptionist and the technician. I received the help I needed. I highly recommend this clinic.
My sister had an appointment today , she’s pregnant and she had a ultrasound for the gender it’s the 3 ultrasound and the Dr send there to find out , but unfortunately the lady she did the ultrasound was serious and she didn’t help here , and my sister law ask for the gender she said go somewhere else to find out , that’s not professional, you have to respect the people ,I was invite for the party they suppose to do it for the gender but they cancelled unfortunately.
