What a wild ride. Go to book online for an Ultrasound and X-Ray. Capilano location wasn’t listed as one of the sites, so I call the office. Get the automated machine prompts and I get to the point where I press, “2” as somebody looking to book. Get an error message saying that number isn’t valid. Mash the # 2 about 5 more times and then I give up. I call back and the line won’t even connect and says there is nobody available (It’s automated…?) Try calling again in 10 minutes. I was in the other day for no appointment needed knee Xrays. It went smoothly- the Xray tech. was very professional, and the reception gal pleasent.

I went to make an appointment and I went to the wrong place for the ultrasound but the lady at the desk said she would look after an appointment for me she found a place and book a time and did it in the shortest time and it made me very happy thank you the lady at the front desk at the Capilano insight medical imaging
