After leaving my doctor's office with a requisition for an X-ray, I went to Insight at Callingwood because it was relatively close to my house. The wait time was unbelievably short. The staff were friendly and I was brought to the X-ray room without any delay. The technician was friendly and efficient. I left the facility knowing that when I need to go to an imaging centre, I will go to Insight in the Callingwood neighborhood.
This location is my go to and was disappointed that it was closed, not sure why......have always had a good experience there, found the staff friendly and professional. Had hip surgery and was disappointed to find it closed as I need several xrays......please open again soon, miss your service
