The front deck staff was polite on check in. When I met with the imaging technician and walked back to the room, I asked to use the restroom and she blatantly said NO and that she was going to start the ultrasound portion of my appointment. There was a personal bathroom in the room we were using, I didn't need to leave. She proceeded to perform my pelvic ultrasound and as part of the procedure, there was uncomfortableness as pressure was on my bladder. The atmosphere of this imaging center is phenomenal! It was a nice cozy place while waiting. A special shout out to Sara, the ultrasound technician, for her kindness and professionalism. She was efficient and it was clear she cares for the wellbeing of her patients!
By far the best experience ever I have 3 MRI’s including this one. Maggie and the team were exceptionally nice. The watching of Netflix (The Irishman) while getting the procedure done was a A++++. Maggie was very communicative and very supportive throughout the whole process. I highly recommend anyone that needs the services come to InSight Medical Imaging. Top 3 in the business
