One of the worst experiences dealing with an office staff in my entire life. This office really needs to get their act together. It is almost as if they have never dealt with car accident victims and attorney liens. First they wouldn’t let me schedule an appointment, then when I had to call back and speak to an office manager, made the appointment only for them to call the night before and cancel it. They have an excellent imaging department and front office staff but their back end their billing department is horrible. I have been harassed by the billing department for an $1800 scan that I had performed there several months ago. The procedure required and received prior authorization from the insurance company. The claim was denied due to a simple clerical error. My insurance companys computer system truncates my first name dropping the last 2 letters. They did not seek pre-authorization from my insurance company (they said the insurer told them it wasn't needed, but the insurance company is not swayed by that argument). My advice is to require them to get pre-authorization regardless of whether it's needed or not, so you aren't stuck with a $2000 bill like I was.

CT scan experience last week was horrible. Rude and zero communication from the tech. She laid me down in the machine and walked out of the room without giving any instructions or explaining what was going to happen. Talk about feeling uncomfortable and anxious. Cannot recommend this facility. The front desk staff member, however, was extremely friendly and welcoming and made the check in process easy and pleasant.
