Kim Richard is an absolute nightmare. She will jam the transvaginal probe in you. She lacks bed side manner she is unqualified and doesn't seem to meet the qualifications to do her job professionally. She is extremely disrespectful and has the worse attitude. I am pressing charges against her and suing insight medical imaging. I was left very sore and in pain. The technician was so nice and so kind with my anxiety regarding MRI's. They also have TV you can watch Netflix from while you are in the MRI machine! This was a HUGE help for me and lowered my anxiety so much. The last time I had an MRI somewhere else, music was not enough and I almost started hyperventilating. If you have bad anxiety with MRI's I highly recommend going here. They can play music if you'd like, or you can pick anything you want to watch on Netflix. Luckily my imaging results came back fine and I don't have to come back to this place but as a nurse myself, my ultrasound tech had the worst bedside manner. I honestly wanted to cancel my appointment and reschedule, but due to my concerns for my pelvic pain, I wanted answers. I don't get my period due to medications I'm on and the attitude she gave me when asking for my last period was surprising, so I made up a fake date to keep the appointment moving. Quick, fast, professional and a nice office. Very pleased with their service. Their billing is another matter. They didn't workout the claims properly with my insurance and started threatening me to pay in full instead of insurance. Insurance paid it in full after they all got in sync. But hey why worry about fighting with big insurance when you can threaten the little guy to pay on both ends.
