Have had these folks take care of our heating and cooling for several years. They always do a great job at very fair prices. Technicians are professional and great at explaining the details of their work. Two thumbs up.
Miguel was terrific. He was thorough in fixing the issue in our unit, where he discovered the clips were not put back properly. We highly recommend Insight for getting the job done. They are very professional.
I had a leak on a water filter. Insight Mechanical quoted and accepted the work and agreed to start in a week. After a week they cancelled their initial visit, stating they did not have anybody that day to complete the work, and committed to rescheduling the next week. Friday of next week rolls around and they tell me that they can't support the work at all and that I need to find another plumber. Came out quickly, on time for what they had told us, fixed the issue, and the price was reasonable.
Such a great company. I was happy to find them. The whole experience from scheduling to service was Excellent.
