I had a private CT appointment yesterday at Insight Meadowlark. I called ahead to say I’d be 5–6 minutes late due to construction. When I arrived, the receptionist said the tech was doing a head CT that could take a couple of minutes. The tech then took three patients ahead of me. After waiting over an hour, I asked how much longer it would be.
