I was originally upset with them because they charged a ridiculously high amount for a simple urine test and it ended up going to collections. I'm giving them a three star because they were at least helpful over the phone. I hope they have become a better business since this incident.
Ridiculously high price for a simple urine test and they will send your bill to collections in a heartbeat without even contacting you once. check if your doctor uses them, and if they do I highly suggest avoiding them all together.
Hire an attorney. They’ll be sued for Insurance Fraud soon enough.
