I had my first appointment today with Dr Kinney (Todd). It was for a second opinion. Dr Kinney was very knowledgeable and thorough. I am very happy that I found their clinic. He provided a lot of insight to my issues. I highly recommend
If I could give this place less than one stars I would. From the front desk to the office manager that I spoke to both are severely unprofessional, rude, and passive aggressive. When asked why I received a bill from 7 years ago that I was not contacted by phone about, the front desk receptionist said “I don’t know”. When asked to speak to the manager, hoping she would be able to be professional and give me answers, I was severely let down.
Great experience all around! Looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you!
