During the inspection of our home our dog was in the garage in her kennel with a fan and radio on. When the inspector turned off the breaker for the ground level he realized it turned off he fan and radio for the dog and when he turned the breaker back on he noticed the radio was on static so turned it off and supposedly turned the fan back on for the dog. Please note that this complaint was written by a person that was not my customer. It was written by the homeowner of the condominium that I inspected. When I arrived at the property it was noted that there was a dog kenneled in the garage. There were no instructions as to what to do with the dog. As I typically do during an inspection, I tested the GFCI receptacles. I tested the receptacle at the exterior and it tripped off the GFCI receptacle in the upper level bathroom.
