I have an insight home in Delaware. Hubby and I Love our home, we are located in Ellendale. However I’m coming up on a year in August and we are still waiting for our grass to be seeded. Which should have been done before we closed. My Big mistake was I trusted it would have been Done. After several phone calls and emails, NOTHING has been done. We had to come out of our pockets to have this done. Needless to say I’m not happy about having to put out $1800. The homes are Beautiful, But not enough to be neglected and ignored.
