RUN! The whole process was terrible and they get you from the beginning because you can't even talk with anyone until you put down a nonrefundable $10K deposit. Then you are stuck. You go to their design center to pick out your home details and anything nice that you saw in a model is an extra with a high price tag. The appliances were the lowest you could buy.
