We love our new home! We built a two story Whatley model with Insight Homes. We had a very good experience with our salesperson, customer care, and project manager. It did take a few months longer than expected, but it was worth the wait. We are very happy with the quality and finishes of our new home.
Insight kept ups informed of the progress of our home and sent pictures regularly. The home is beautiful and just what we wanted. Anchors run is a great neighborhood.
I bought a house made by Insight at Anchor's Run. I was amazed that they finished building it in three months (Aug-Dec). The workmanship is high. I am pleased at my purchase. I would add though having lived in it for two months that the floor vents are numerous and make placing furniture terribly difficult without blocking them. Also the door to the laundry room is defective and does not open all the way and is blocked by the washer. I suppose a smaller washer might do but this is average size.
