I live in this development and insight is not forthcoming with any info regarding the development Even though we pay HOA fees The HOA works for insight not the homeowners. We ask when the clubhouse will open and we get no answer We ask when our ponds with fountains will be finished and we get no answer
Nice house, but very close to a very noisy, busy street. The "pond" behind the house will bring a lot of mosquitoes. Between the noise in front of the house and the bugs behind the house I can't see spending much time outdoors in this neighborhood.
