I would give less than one star if I could. I live in Anchors Run and chose this community because of the ponds and wildlife that comes with it. Wires have now been installed for the second time. In the spring we were lucky enough to have geese, ducks, egrets, and many other birds come and have babies when the first set of wires were removed. I have an insight home. I have lived here for 11 years. I moved in when it was new. Since I have been here I have replaced all the appliances. The ac/ heating unit. The windows. Had a disagreement over the cracks in the foundation and now have roof issues. What did insight cover on all of these issues. ZERO. Nothing is ever there responsibility. First, I would never recommend buying an Insight Home, but in case you’re in the process, DO NOT sign your settlement papers until they complete everything. We waited over a year for a kitchen cabinet and had to fight for it. We have missed so much time from work to meet people who either never show or come with wrong parts. Do not let them rush you through your walk thru, they will NOT cover anything after settlement. Open every cabinet and drawer, and closely look at your flooring. Update 1/4/23. Today a curious homeowner (neighbor) called and said we Don't have the proper HVAC unit in, it is a temporary unit and not the correct one in its a temporary one. Hmmm Where's the proper one? Update 12/30/22 Notified today that the HVAC unit is on site and in process of being hooked up. Yee hah. Horrible to deal with. Poor communication. Poor construction. Back out of every HOA promise. Someone needs to hold them accountable!!!

Very bad customer service, never response to customer phone calls
I have a 10 year waranty on home and have been in it for 7 years. I have called them 5 times and cannot get anyone to respond . This is not the first time I havehad problems with them. The customer service is ---100 stars
We have not even begun our building process. We signed our contract March 2021. No firm foundation date in sight. They say August but seeing is believing. COVID
