This is in response to an extremely rude message that was previously posted by another user! I have nothing but positive things to say about Sabina and this entire practice! I've worked in insurance for 15 years and know for a fact that at the beginning of the year you have a DEDUCTIBLE that starts over. You must meet (pay) this deductible before "the best insurance money can buy" starts to pay fully on your claims. If I could give zero stars I would. Today they tried to charge my card for $174.10 without my knowledge. When I reached out to the office on the app they were like “oh here are the breakdowns”. I have the best insurance money can buy, and I’ve always made my copay. They legit tried to steal money out of my account. They didn’t send a bill, or let me know I had any outstanding charges whatsoever. Totally unprofessional. Candace is knowledgable, helpful, and pushes me to keep improving myself. I trust her feedback and understanding of meds. I love that she makes sure I keep my therapy appointments and checks in with--and remembers--what I am going through personally.
