I wish to give them a zero, but I can’t. Don’t ever get a loan with these people. You have to wait literally hours to talk on the phone with a rude representative and on top of that if you get up charged nearly 10 dollars just for the convenience fee.and good luck with finding them outside of Orlando, Florida. Straight Garbage... I’ve never had a good experience with this bank. Run away, run far far away!
My boyfriend made a deposit in my account. The teller was so busy flirting with him and trying to get a date that she put the money into the wrong account. The mistake was corrected a week later.
No way to pay car note on line. It’s direct deposit in an account they set up for you or be charged $8 every month to pay over the phone. Worst bank ever!!! Not convenient at all! I will be refinancing and telling others don’t use this credit union.
Best banking experience I've had in my 42 years of banking. Incredibly accommodating and courteous.
No answer after 4 phone calls .Worst than Social Security office . Worst yet ...stand by music drives ya to insane asylum and people in elevators got it GREAT , COMPARED TO. Also when are you going to print at teller windows LARGE enough so people can read better. ( Thing called ...customer consideration? )
