I called ahead and specifically asked if I was able to get glasses through my insurance without out of pocket. I was told yes. I called again Two days later just to ask the same question to make sure the information from the first call was correct. You guys confirmed again that i could get glasses under my insurance with no out of pocket. Go in there in my lunch hour to be told i have to pay money for the cheapest glasses in the store. This place is great! One of the nose cushion on my glasses kept falling off because the head of the support arm it attached to was broken. I brought them in to InSight and they changed both arms out with new cushions in less than five minutes completely free of charge. What amazing service!
Friendly, helpful staff and optometrist. No eyedrops to get a complete eye exam. 41st Ave location conveniently located with plenty of parking.
