Always professional and caring service at Insight Eyecare in Capitola.
I called ahead and specifically asked if I was able to get glasses through my insurance without out of pocket. I was told yes. I called again Two days later just to ask the same question to make sure the information from the first call was correct. You guys confirmed again that i could get glasses under my insurance with no out of pocket. Go in there in my lunch hour to be told i have to pay money for the cheapest glasses in the store. InSight Eyecare was so generous with fixing my father’s glasses today. I’ve been going to them for years and have always had a great experience. They also have an excellent selection of glasses to choose from.
They are always so friendly and helpful! They taught my daughter at 11 how to use contacts (she needed them for her level of ballet), and were so patient with her. They also adjust my glasses for me, even when I’ve purchased elsewhere!
I have been a client of Insight Eyecare for many years and I have always been so impressed and pleased with the care I have received. Dr. Singh and his entire team are outstanding and extremely knowledgeable and professional. Their level of customer service and follow-thru is outstanding. I highly recommend Insight Eyecare!
