I felt the need to leave this review because my experience at this optical truly exceeded my expectations as a first time patient here. I went in for an eye exam today and from the moment I walked in I was greeted promptly and went in for a pre-check right away before the exam. I also have to add I did come in with my two kids who are 4 and 6 years old and they noticed right away there were toys for them to play with while we wait. I’m really disappointed writing this because I actually used to enjoy coming here and have spent thousands of dollars with this office over the years. The staff and doctors have generally been great, which is why I returned. Unfortunately, my recent experience completely changed my opinion. I called regarding contact lenses and was informed that while my insurance covers both the exam and lenses, I would still need to pay $120 for a “trial” and exam. Great staff . Great service.
Great eye place. All the staff from check in to the testing, the doctor and the process of choosing your frames to check out was literally as smooth and efficient as could be. They were all very nice and super pleasant to be around as well. Absolutely great experience!
