Took my 5 year old for his first eye exam after not passing at the pediatrician. The doctor and stuff kept him engaged and calm while they did all their tests without issues.
My husband and I both went for routine eye exams at Insight Eye Care since it’s close to home. We had excellent service from start to finish and were really happy with Dr. Crockett. She took her time with us and explained things very thoroughly. We had to bring out baby with us and everyone in the office was really accommodating. Our glasses were also ready for pickup really quickly!
Normally when doing a 5 star review I like to call out employees by name; here however that would require listing everyone that works here. VERY friendly, over the top customer service, explaining what tests are being conducted, cost breakdowns along the way (no hidden fees!), what is optional or not with no feelings of pressure sales, overall very comfortable and enjoyable experience. 100% recommend them to be your regular optometrists office!!!
Just wanted to say that the customer service from all the staff is very friendly and courteous. Jennifer and Dr. Crockett are great with children. I brought my six year old for his first eye exam and it went super well. Also, Enid took care of me at checkout, and she was attentive and understanding. Thank you so much for your time and dedication.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. During my visit, the staff seemed ok after my exam was done I was instructed to pick out some glasses after looking I didn’t see anything I liked, I told the lady who was helping me that I would prefer to stay with my glasses and just get new lenses. I did pay $600 for my glasses and they were perfectly fine but since my prescription changed a little I prefer changing the lenses.
