Great doctor, but seriously, get your scheduling together. First time, I waited over 30 minutes. Now a year later, they switch me from 4:40 to 4:20 because someone cancelled. I agree to come in early to help them out. I get here early, now waiting over 30 minutes AGAIN, and another person waiting says their appointment was at 4:00! So he’s been waiting almost an hour! If you’re that far behind, freaking call people and tell them to come in later.
This place has been so wonderful. I got a corneal laceration at work. Which I hurt it way bad and at first I couldn't see anything. Like all blurry and doubled which after going here. Doctor Hess did his magic and I now can see 20/20 which is amazing! Because even the doctor was skeptical with how bad the tear was, that I'd see even 20/40 or worse! So yah this place is amazing. I really needed some type of treatment for my eye. I had a bubble on it and it was very bothersome. I've had a long history of not being treated correctly for my eyes. He told me I was my own worst enemy and to put as hot of compresesses I can stand on my eyes twice a day for the rest of my life and to back off on the preservative free eye drops. I have been seeing Dr. Hess for the past 12 years. He has always been extremely professional and informative. Listens to your questions and concerns. He is very good at taking the time necessary to explain the process or current and ongoing conditions. I decided recently to go for LASIK and let me tell you what an amazing experience from Dr Hess to the staff.
