After paying my co-pay, I waited with my daughter for nearly 40 minutes before finding out that I wasn't checked in. I find it odd that your office staff pay no attention to customers who have been waiting that long. Then, we spent even more time with staff to take care of the initial eye screening work. After waiting for another 15 minutes, the doctor (Dr. Wallin) comes in, spends barely five minutes with my daughter and doesn't check her prescription. He says, "We'll do that next time." RecommendedThis is the best place for all your needs! I am always nervous & uncomfortable when I go to get my eyes checked but Dr. Christian Hess and his staff make me feel very comfortable which is a plus for me.
