When I first walked in, The ladies at the front desk were very, very nice and helpful to me. The doctor was very friendly and polite. I let her know my conditions with my eyes and she suggested some things that would be helpful for my eyes. I ordered contact lenses and she also did the punctual plugs with me. I can’t wait to get my contacts so I can get rid of these glasses! The whole staff was great!!!
I found them through Zocdoc. I was seen on time, and their customer service was very welcoming. Dr. Yang Pan was patient and thorough with obtaining the best prescription. I enjoyed their frame selection as well.
Dr. Yang Pan is so great. She is nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. Always feel like I am in good hands when I get my eye exams here. Highly recommend her as an optometrist!
