Terrible, don’t purchase the groupon unless you want to be treated like rubbish. They refused to honour the deal saying it had expired, when clearly it has 3 months left! Hopefully Groupon bans them so nobody else wastes there time.
I was treated like a second rate customer because I had a Groupon voucher. The fine print on my voucher said ‘not available Fri - Sun’ but when I asked to book on a Tuesday, I was told that 6.30pm wasn’t permitted because it was a ‘popular time, reserved for full paying customers’. From the business’ online booking system, I could see that the appointment was available, they just didn’t want me to have it in case someone without a Groupon wanted it.
