Highly recommend, you do not use them! We’ve been loyal customers for seven years who had an incident this week where something didn’t clear when it supposed to and they gave us nine $39 fees! And won’t do anything to help us! Too much of America is struggling right now to have a bank that steals that amount of money from you! Go with regions, who gives you 24 hours to rectify! We will be closing our account and going to regions ASAP!

I'd give no stars if I could. I closed this account and saw I still had a savings account they forgot to mention was still open and said my whole account was 0 out until I called corporate office and had almost 1000 dollars they "forgot" to mention or contact me about. Tryna be slick...
HORRIBLE BANK avoid them. So many horrible customer service issues throughout the year. Today’s issue: I was notified that they are shutting dow this location and that I must pick up my safe deposit box contents. THEY REFUSED TO ALLOW me into the bank without an appointment even though the notification said nothing about this requirement… Teller lied and stated the letter said appointment was needed.
Don't waster your time with this bank. You can never get anyone on the phone.
