Welcoming experiences, feels like a body safe place, and have loved every class. Highly recommend trying out the yoga classes or an aerial sound bath.
I initially had a highly professional and very helpful professional assist me. Now things have changed and the quality of the people I've worked with has been lacking.
Compassionate, committed, professional, and personable. These are but a few of the many qualities of the providers I've had the opportunity to work with. The entire experience with Insight has been excellent. In addition to counseling services, Insight offers yoga and other well being opportunities. I recently attended a yoga/silence retreat. I highly recommend Insight to anyone looking for a full service team of professionals in a family like setting.
