I highly recommend this establishment. They really do care and want to help you as a person. I feel safe and in control of my own sessions. They also have some beautiful plants 🪴 and that really helps ❤️ 🤣
I struggled my whole life with a mental illness I never I knew I had, and though I had long ago given up on finding peace, I needed to get counseling. Liz, at Insight counseling, has a wonderful way of helping me look at my situation and encouraging me to seek out ways to find the peace I am looking for.
