They were too concerned with coming to their office instead of FaceTiming. (During Covid restrictions. My Therapist was not the friendliest.
They may be closed, left several messages with no response for over a week.
Anna is the absolute best. She has helped me through some of the darkest times. I’ve noticed more of positive outcome in my life because of her. The front desk is always so nice and they are always willing to accommodate my busy schedule.
Company attempted to represent to me on the phone today, 4/19/2021, that the insurance subscriber is responsible for the co-pays or unpaid portions of bill of an adult child. This is a legal falsehood. Overtly lying to attempt to get a bill paid is a terrible business practice--especially for an outfit that is supposed to be providing psychological counseling. Shame.
