Very underwhelmed at the care received at the e.p. location. I met with 2 different therapists to give it a fair try. The firstseemed incredibly preoccupied with her own life during my sessions. Venting about everything from her driving schedule, to kids, etc. After a few sessions I was given the suggestion to "eff it. Why not" and indulge in unhealthy coping mechanisms. Therapist 1, fired. My experience with Insight has been AMAZING from the very start! Starting off with a wonderful Intake call, getting me set up and answering all my questions, to the front desk on being so welcoming and an office setting that is so cozy! Everyone I have came in contact with at Insight has been nothing but nice & helpful. I would recommend Insight to anyone in need of mental health services.

Gia and the Staff at Insight have been amazing at a very difficult time in my life. The entire staff has been extremely caring and supportive through the Train Derailment that devastated our town. I have never been in therapy before and they have helped me work through a wide range of emotions.
I’ve had a very good experience here with Gia and the rest of the staff. Outstanding service and an excellent atmosphere!
