A safe space that is very caring and helpful
After losing my mum at the start of the year it was a huge struggle for me to move on in a positive manner. Smitha helped me navigate my grief and gave me techniques that allowed me to get back to a place that allowed me to manage and get back in track. Highly recommended her service.
The services here from my attendances and last minutes for the last 5 years have been wonderful.
Insight clinic has been great. My psychologist is very helpful and understands what she is talking about. Unlike other psychologists I have been to in the past. :)
