Unwilling to book a child appointment without credit card details saved on file even though I was happy to pay in advance, just not comfortable with every company that wants access to my card details having them. In the previous comments they're arguing with a mother over her child's session and literally informing the entire public of how that session went which is super illegal. Excellent services. After a few sessions, I was struggling financially, i informed smitha that i cannot afford the fees anymore and she ovveridden my last invoice and organised commonwealth supported funding for my sessions. I cant thank her anymore. Very kind and flexible. Highly recommended.
