The sonographer is lovely and very competent. Unfortunately, that doesn’t make up for the unprofessional and rude male cardiologist and incompetent and even more rude male receptionist. My appointments were booked incorrectly, and the male receptionist argued repeatedly with me about how “[he] doesn’t know how [I] got confused” and repeatedly insisted whatever happened was my fault, despite my attempts to diffuse the situation and attempting to move past it and just re-book for a time that worked for me.
