I’ve trained at Insight for the last 3 weeks and from my visit, trial period, and beyond I have been treated with respect, care, and a desire by everyone I’ve worked with to see me improve. Professor Alex is very knowledgeable and shows concepts/techniques in relatable ways. Professor Jackson is very attentive to the needs of his class and shares his knowledge as well. Nice people and teach well
Such an amazing gym! Highly recommend! My kids have been training here for a few months now and the coaches are all amazing, very patient with the kids & very helpful! Once they see something being done not quite right they fix it right away. A gym that takes training serious (even for the kids) and gets training done, no playing around. At least not all the time..coach Alex definitely has his moments being silly with the kids. glad we found this gym! -Isabel Moreno
