My car got burglarized - the tax of living in crime-ridden downtown Denver. I was very impressed by how fast they were able to repair it and at a great price (about one third of what one dealership quoted). They even fixed some other small damage that wasn't strictly within the scope of their work, going above and beyond, and cleaned up the old broken glass that was left in the vehicle.
From start to finish this company is awesome!!! We had the pleasure to have Daniel as our technician. Fast, perfectionist and very professional. Thanks again Insight auto glass for thanking care of our 2022 Tacoma. Will definitely recommend you to family and friends. Pete & Cheryl.
Talked with Amanda on the phone. She was SO helpful, especially during Memorial Weekend when other places were closed. I called, she had me verify my coverage, and I’m scheduled two days later for windshield replacement. I thought this would be a difficult process but she made it so easy!!
My Warrety company uses this company and I've called a couple times. I've got a chip repair and one for a replacement. Not because of faulty chip fix, that was great but then another rock hot me and caused a crack. Both times they were quick to schedule me, professional, and nice! I was even in different locations due to my job and they met me where I was at the time. On the replacement one tech changed the windshield and another came out to calibrate it.
