Steve is a legend. He has taken care of my R35 GTR the past 3+ years + countless others. Steve will go above and beyond to understand what is happening with the car and what possible solutions there are. Steve thinks of every possible solution and has the patience to where others don’t. One of the best in the game both mechanically but also with his customer service. Thank you Steve once again :)
Massive thank you to Steve at Insight Auto! Recently had the gearbox let go on my R35 GTR within a week or so of having it imported. Luckily I had already had it booked in from a transmission service so I called Steve to let him know what happened. The service from this point was unbelievable! I had a tow truck turn up and collect the car ( not a small job either as I'm 2+ hours from the shop) Steve had the gearbox out and palleted and sent off for review for a core exchange.
