Dr. Ballantyne is the most supportive provider for anxious dogs -and their humans! She is knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly understanding, really taking time to understand your unique living situation and your dog's behavior challenges. I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Kuntz and the rest of the team at Insight for helping my dog become the confident and comfortable little guy he is today. Dr. Kuntz is without a doubt the most attentive, most present, and most communicative doctor I have ever seen. I wish she could be my doctor too! I’m so glad we found the practice and have no doubt that everyone who has the opportunity to work with the team here will feel confident they’re working with the best of the best.
The only thing I regret is that I did not use their exemplary services earlier. (The waitlist was daunting but that just reflects the vital need for what they do.) The vet and CVT are excellent communicators. Everything is explained in detail. I'm not sure we could have kept our dog much longer if we hadn't used Insight Animal Behavior Services. She's not going anywhere now.
