Gabrielle is an exceptional counselor who always made sure I felt heard and understood. She listens with genuine care and creates a safe, supportive space to open up. Her empathy and insight made a big difference in my journey, and I’m truly grateful for her support.
I recommend Insight and Empowerment to anyone who is looking for a good counseling center. Sarah is absolutely amazing. She knows what she is doing and how to help. She knows when someone just needs to talk or when someone needs a little push in the right direction or when they need tools to help them reach their goals. I have enjoyed getting to know Rosa, Jade, and Brooke as well. They are the absolute best to work with. I recommend this place to everyone.
Sarah is absolutely amazing! I have gone to her for about 3 years and she has helped me grow and heal I know that if it wasn't for her I would be able to be where I am today! I also absolutely love the staff they are so kind to everyone and the also do little fun activities for kids to earn stickers or little toys if they find stuff I love them so much
