We used Insight Accounting for bookkeeping for 3 years and had nothing but issues. We waisted thousands of dollars, being patient with their office's lack of process and the constant employee turnover. After numerous issues due to Insight's lack of communication and process failures, our latest compaint was met with a response from the owner Scott, who informed us they would cease all work on our behalf, providing us with only 2 weeks to find a new CPA. I completed two years of taxes with Barbara. Sweet lady, however, I would NOT recommend this place for personal income taxes/rental property based on my personal experience.
I love saving money on my taxes! This team is so helpful in explaining everything they do to help you through everything taxes!
I couldn't be more happy with Scott and his team. They really know their stuff and how to best fulfill the goals and visions of small businesses. They legitimately care about the success of their clients and constantly go above and beyond. I highly recommend Insight Accounting for smaller new businesses, as well as larger established businesses that would like a fresh set of eyes from a group very knowledgable in their field.
Wow! I went to Insight expecting to pay $3000-$5000 in taxes… They crunched all the numbers, and got my tax payment down to a fraction of that...And their bill was about $200 less than what I paid my accounting firm the previous year. They really know their stuff and put their clients first.
