Went in looking to buy a new couch, went shopping at a few other places and me and my gf found the perfect couch and chair that we wanted. Within 1hr, sale was final and the next day couch and chair showed up. Couldn't be any happier. Second time I bought something there, will return if I have to. Might need a bigger couch when I buy a house. Thank you Kari.
Excellent customer service! I purchased a couch at a very affordable price which they delivered the same day. I had my eye on a chair but wasn't sure if it would fit the space. To my surprise, Ron brought the chair with my couch so I could see if it would fit.
Purchased a futon bunk with both mattresses 3/13,the twin on top is only a guest bed,it's not bad for $99,except for strings started coming loose,and as I pulled to break it,the whole mattress started coming unraveled...I now have a mattress completely unraveled,showing all of the insides,when I called to ask,apparently they only warranty it for 1 yr...Unacceptable when used a handful of times,I don't care what the cost...
