Before buying my van I did a lot of research. I wanted to make sure I bought one at a fair price and josh at insider auto had just that. Me and my wife loved our experience. When I buy a car (or minivan in this case), I do my homework. I expect to pay a fair price in exchange for honesty, quality and equal value. One might say... Josh gets it. I found Josh to be knowledge, reasonable and comfortable to work with. We found the Odyssey we'd been looking for and were happy to buy from a new friend.

Josh is very irresponsible. Called to see if we needed an appointment and was told that as long as we came during normal business hours we would be fine. We drove a half hour and the only one there was the mechanic (nice guy) that was working on the car we wanted to see. The mechanic said that if we waited an hour he would be done and Josh would be back. After an hour Josh let us know that he couldn't be there until closing time (2 more hours). I've never bought from a dealer before. They always jack their pricing up way too high. But not Josh. It really is like having a friend on the 'inside'. Thanks Josh!
