I am disappointed to report I had a spa heater replaced and when the technician left the spa was filling. Once it was full I turned on the breaker and the spa appeared to be off. This occurred on Friday evening (last appointment of the day). I had to troubleshoot the spa to find a main power lead had been disconnected while replacing the heater. JJ was very helpful & informative about our questions & had everything we needed to maintain & close up our pool. Highly recommend!!
I explained my algae issue to Joaquin, and he was a great help. He asked me what chemicals I had at home and he figured out what else I would need to remedy the problem.
I’ve always had great service at this location. Just today, Joaquin was very helpful with my winterizing and pool chemistry questions.
