Clean gym with friendly knowledgeable staff. Their classes fill up quickly, I recommend rowing, more bang for your time than spinning, imho.
Friendly staff...amazing "mom & pop" type business. Amazingly clean place to work our!!!

Book your space for Marda's box aerobics class a week in advance...hard to get in but your thighs and arms will thank you later.
Alex's Fight Club class will kick your ass!
