I would stay far away from this company as long as they keep employees like Patrick on the payroll. They might be nice on the phone and to your face but once let loose on the property you may hear about them cursing within earshot of children and even urinating in the neighbor's bushes. Patrick is apparently the owner's son which may unfortunately help explain the obnoxious and entitled behavior.

Used this company on 6/15/23. Did a good job on most of the windows. Did not clean the whole foyer window.they only cleaned the side panels of the window. Sent an email to the company after the workers left. Got no response. Update: Inside Out came back and recleaned the window both inside and out. The window looks great. The company was very responsive to my review.
