I highly recommend Lacey, 10/10! She has a comforting presence from the moment she greets you at the door. She is knowledgeable, listens to your needs & applies an appropriate amount of pressure that offers a good balance of pain relief & relaxation. She is also one of the only massage therapists at this location that offers direct billing (correct me if I'm wrong) which is a huge bonus! Thank you Lacey & look forward to the next appointment.
I booked a 1 hour Ayurvedic head massage with Dieter last week. Wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend him. Read further for details. Zoe, the owner, is an excellent massage therapist. She always enquired about the reason for my visit and suggested myofascial release. She checks to see if the pressure is too intense and how I am feeling throughout. I definitely recommend her and her business.
I have truly enjoyed the licensed massage therapy I have received at Inside Out. Tara Martin finds the knots and unties them! She truly wants you to feel better when you’re done, and it shows!
