In 2010 I was in a severe accident and struggled with neck and back pain for years. I tried everything. Traditional PT, chiropractic care, acupuncture etc. and nothing helped long term. Working with Lucas netted quick results, that over time lasted, and I'm living in so much less pain, and while I still do PT on my own regularly, after learning what my body needs from Lucas I am able to maintain my health on my own. I cannot recommend Lucas and Inside Out Intelligent Training enough!
