I hate to post reviews like this but I am disappointed. I had 4 area rugs cleaned and this company didn’t meet my expectations. There are still dirty areas on the carpets and it’s frustrating because I know it could have been done perfectly but they got here at 1pm and were done before 1:30pm. Honestly if they were clean I wouldn’t care if it took 15 min but the job was just not what I expected and I feel like it’s because it was rushed.
