I had a good experience yesterday with my son here at the inside car guys with Christian and Brandon thank you guys so much for your kindness and helpful assistance good attitude and great vibes blessings to you guys Sad to say my sons car that I got him from the inside car guys broke down transmission issues he had it for 4months .. protect yourself people and don’t go with them. Used cars little side dealers don’t help . Uff
This place is a complete joke. The owner "Marcus" got upset I asked for a window sticker, which is really easy to get. Apparently he couldn't figure out how to get it, he responded that I couldn't afford the car anyways. LOL. What a joke. This place is struggling to sell cars and now I see why. Unprofessional and over priced. Avoid them and go to a reputable and professional dealership instead.
Love the car, just need to get GPS system installed that the dealer forgot to install but they've been really cool about getting that scheduled.
I bought a 2017 chevy express cargo van turns out it had a defective transmission tried several attempts to get this situation fixed with inside car guys of course they brushed me off and dismissed me I was a good customer paying 17k cash this is a really hard blow to the gut they're just out to get money & could care less about overall customer experience thank you for taking my money & scaming me with no answers
Exceptional car buying experience, staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. There was no pressure or pushy sales tactics, will be recommending everyone.
