Did unauthorized work and wanted to charge for it. Ironically It was just for $50. After I was already spending over 700 for repairs. ( No problem. ) Had it been proposed to me properly ( before doing the work), Which was my only concern, I would have paid what ever to have the problem fixed. Yet as the consumer/customer. I have a g6 Pontiac that I took to their shop. It had issues with ignition and computer part of the car. They first charged me 300 bucks to so called fix my car and didn't. Still wouldn't start so they had to come back and get my car. They had it for a whole month took it apart bit by bit on the inside and left it a mess which I have video proof of.
