I love this place. Everyone is so welcoming and fun. Great workouts! No judgment zone at all. It’s great!
Small groups all women ;I love the concept there is no judgement , just get moving and have fun. I especially enjoy classes with Clara she makes it fun . I also enjoy the Zumba , although it will take a couple of more sessions before i can follow all steps but again there is no judgement and all that’s important is to get moving and have fun . I was sceptique but this is my 2 nd week and am actually looking forward to next week . See you there 😄
I’m a young mom of 6 that was struggling with finding my identity again, so my best friend and I are using the free pass and instantly fell in love! We will 100% be purchasing a membership. Rebecca is so knowledgeable and our first class was so much fun. It was a large class and she engaged everyone flawlessly! If you’ve been thinking about getting into something just for YOU, look no further!!!
My first time and I was so impressed. My yoga instructor was phenomenal. Easy to follow class. Environment was great as well. I’m so happy I found this place. Looking forward to going back.
