Love this place! Such a calm, quaint little place and it’s extremely inclusive of all body types and fitness levels. The owner is really sweet and gracious and I like the small class sizes. She helps provide modified versions of movements and allows dancers to find their own flow.
I have been going to In Shape Ladies for the last 11 years. The 8:00 classes with Sandy are amazing. Now that I am retired, I now go to the afternoon classes too. Not only do I get a great workout but I have made life long friends too!
My all time favorite studio for pole and arial!! The owner, Clara, is just the best and all the classes are so great! I love the vibe and community here!
I’ve been attending this gym for about 6 months and absolutely love it! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and can adjust exercises and activities for any level. The classes are engaging and fun but also a serious workout. It is a very positive place to exercise where any type of person feels welcome!
Such a great experience! My friends and I attended our first class a few weeks ago and everyone was so welcoming and wonderful. Clara is so sweet and made the class super fun!
