Emailed about a day pass, was told they do them. Emailed back twice wondering how we would go about getting one for a Sunday, no response. Called twice, no response.

I went to this gym for two years when I lived in Canada, and to this date it is probably my favourite gym. I loved how it was 24 hours, and used to frequently train after midnight. The gym is fairly big, plenty of space, great selection of machines and a good atmosphere. I was rarely waiting for a piece of equipment, and when I was, it was never more than 10 minutes. Really top notch gym and when I visit NL next I hope I can train there again.

Absolutely love this gym! The equipment is top notch, the atmosphere is always motivating, and the people who go there are just as awesome. Kristian the owner truly cares about the members and it shows in every detail. Easily one of the best gyms around!!

OK gym, good equipment but space is tight, price is a bit high ($57 with tax) for a gym with two toilets that men and women share, no showers and no staff on site to help. Not very flexible on freezing membership as needed, and ridiculous cancellation fees. Cancellation fee is $228 (with tax) plus an additional month of membership fee $57. It cost me $285 to cancel and I have not even been to the gym for 6 months, so it worked out terrible for me. Before you sign your contract, ASK QUESTIONS!
