I’m very grateful to Final Gift for treating my big man Denali with so much compassion, and care. They have a beautiful private viewing room to say good bye to your fur baby one last time. I know this place has been here for years and I honestly hope it stays open for many more. My girlfriend found this place for friends of hers 7-8 Years ago. Our sweet boy unfortunately passed away unexpectedly recently. We brought him here, and I’m grateful I did. They were very attentive to what we wanted, and very supportive, understanding, and polite. I recently entrusted this facility with the cremation of my pet and purchased a heart-shaped pendant to hold their ashes. Unfortunately, the pendant broke due to its screw-top design. When it fell, the ashes inside were lost. This was devastating and completely avoidable with a more secure product design. Not very happy. Was told I'd have my baby girl back in a week I'm now going on almost 2 weeks.. Was told I'd have text and emails sent to me. Still havent received anything. Very Very upset. All I want is my baby girl back home with us. Make note. When they say it takes a week, and then offer to send them straight home instead of you picking them up; its a lie.
