With a heavy heart we were lead to Inserv for the last step of Love for our beloved Bentley Bear with great compassion respect comfort and care prepared Bentleys cremation to be returned to us with dignity thank you for all you do for our Loving 4 legged fur babies God Bless this company
This was such a devastating day but the people here were very kind and they have a little puppy that greets you at the door! He's very friendly and will absolutely put a smile on your face . We were even able to get paw prints from our departed family member . I will cherish those paw prints ! They mean the world to me 🥰.
This is the 2nd bad experience I have had in a little over a year! The 1st one they made good on this one not so much!! My Vets assistant told me that the box I ordered came with a Paw print it didn't $260.00 for a Box and a cremation certificate! I called my Vet and they told me I didnt request a Paw print shouldn't that be given? I dont know about anyone else but that was very important to me and now its to late!!
We unfortunately had to us them twice in the last month. The staff was very good to deal with the time to get our dogs back was very quick. a couple things that I wish were different is when you drop off your pet you just in the front of the building on a inclined parking lot that was difficult when not icy but add in a icy day and it was a lot harder. The other thing was I was shocked at the price increase in just 1 months time.
