I was very disappointed with my experience of having Enselman replace a drain field. I thought the bid for the complete job was high but I accepted it because I needed it done promptly. However, after the fact they claimed that the bid did not include digging the test hole and the inspection fee. That was never mentioned as being separate from the bid the job. of all company's i called for a water heater and install this company get"s an "A". from the calling in,the quoting,pricing, and the tech who installed the hot water heater,very professional and the best price far beyond any of the other company's i called. this will be my go to plumbing company from now on.
