I am very disappointed with our experience at this salon. My daughter had been excited for months to get a wolf cut. We came prepared with inspiration photos and knew exactly what she wanted. Before booking, I even called ahead to make sure someone there was comfortable doing that specific haircut. I was told yes, and I also included the request when making the appointment.
