They guarantee the quality of their work, many satisfied customers can attest. More importantly, they are understanding and flexible when life unexpectedly changes all your plans. I have a deep appreciation for their conduct and reliability.
We had Insane Renovations come in to make 2 closets, replace the ceiling, flooring and soundproof a wall. They were able to squeeze our project in much earlier than planned and finished it so fast! At the end of the day, you couldn't tell anyone had been working here because everything was cleaned up/put away (much appreciated with our 2 cats and 3 kids). We hired this company to complete a basement renovation. Prior to working with them, we had a liveable (just out dated) basement that included a full kitchen, 3-piece bathroom, and laundry. The project began in June 2023 and they walked off the job abruptly in August 2023. After paying the company more than $100,000, no aspect of the project is complete, and the space is unliveable.
